Remnant is a raiding guild on Baelgun. Formed in preparation for WotLK, Remnant has established itself as an alliance raiding force. We have cleared all available content with the exception of 3 Drake Sartharion

We raid 25 mans on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday at 5:30 server. Invites go out at 5. Failure to be on time to raids without notifying an officer may lead to you losing your raid spot for that night if the raid is full. Even with the notification of an officer, raid spots are earned, not guaranteed.

10 man content is cleared mostly on Weekends and Mondays, but these raids are optional.

We use a DKP Bidding system to do all of our loot. Unlike many DKP systems, ours is very 'new member friendly', and is not plagued by common problems, such as DKP inflation, which makes it impossible for new members to ever compete with more senior ones. At the end of each raid week, members lose DKP proportionate to the amount DKP earned/spent raidwide. This encourages members to spend their DKP rather than hording it. Our system works well, and we encourage you read more about it if you have questions.

Recruitment is currently open for certain classes, but there are things to know before applying. First and foremost: If you're a drama queen, don't bother. You won't last more than a week here, and would be just wasting everyone's time. If you don't have a thick skin, don't apply. We are very serious when we raid, but there's alot of hours in the day when we aren't. If you can't take a joke and have some fun, you won't enjoy your time here. If you're immature and are looking for a network of 8th graders to get phat loots, don't apply. Immature doesn't mean saying 'fuck' or not being 30 years old; it simply means being too self centered to function within a team.

If you want a guild that takes raiding lightly, and is more interested in hanging out than progression, this may not be the place. We are a raiding guild, but a very friendly one at that. You will find many of the members here have been guilded with each other before, and that everyone gets along quite well. We're always looking to expand that network, and encourage you to consider us.
